Eligibility: Women and transgender students pursuing graduation in STEM-related fields who have minimum 60% in the previous semester. 

Female athletes between 13 and 25 years who have represented the state or country at the state, national, international level in the last 2-3 years.

Annual family income must be less than/equal to ₹400,000 for students and

 less than or equal to ₹500,000 for sportspersons.

 IIT-M Pravartak to offer career counselling training to teachers

 IIT Madras Pravartak Technologies Foundation will offer free career counselling certification training to 10000 school  teachers in the next three months Pravartak is partnering with BodhBridge Education, a company run by IIT Madras alumni to offer this Programme.

The training programme will include modules on career guidance essentials , Techniques, and career couselling skills tailored for school environment 

The course content will cover the basics of career counselling, identifying personal strengths, discussion on the top 100 career options in demand, guiding students to choose the right course and college, competitive exams, and scholarship opportunities.

Online Japanese courses for beginners to start in December

The language school of the Indo-Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry will conduct online Japanese courses for beginners in December.

Classes for the basic level of the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test(JLPT), N5, will be held on all Sundays from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., 

Classes for fast-track JLPT N4 will be held from 5 pm to 7 p.m. on Saturdays and 2.30 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays.

Students will be taught necessary skills to sit for the Japan Foundation's JLPT N5 and N4 exams in December next year. 

Students who join the above programmes will also be taught Japanese art, culture, and business eti quette.
