The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) still remains the best & the only way out to test the enginering skills of a student in the country on a common scale. It is the test which is like a passport for admissions to PG courses in the IIT s & Natonal Institutes of Technology & also other engineering institutes.
Eligibility :
Bachelor's degree holders in Engineering / technology / architecture / pharmacy ( 4 years after +2 )& those who are in final or pre final year of such programmes & master's degree holders in any branch of science / maths / stastics / computer applications or equivalent

LAST DATE FOR ISSUE OF APPL'NS : OCTOBER 19 ( BY POST FROM GATE OFFICES )
