IITM targets to reach 50k students by 2026
Chennai:
Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) through its initiative to
popularise science and provide career guidance in vernacular languages is targeting to reach 50,000 govt school students by 2026 in seven states.
The outreach initiative is free of cost with
the objective to motivate students to take up careers in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics).
