Apart from the B.Tech program, IIITDM Chennai offers a five-year Integrated program that awards the Dual degree of B.Tech +M.Tech. The Integrated programs are offered under five different specializations of Engineering. The minimum academic qualification for admission is a pass in the final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) with PCM subject combination or its equivalent. Admission to the Dual Degree will be based on performance in JEE Main and 10+2 guidelines through a counseling conducted by the JoSAA/ CSAB for the respective year.
