Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) offers a wide range of academic programs. The School of Management Studies at IGNOU Delhi offers an MBA along with PG diploma in 5 specializations.
MBA (Banking and Finance) was launched as a result of an MoU between IGNOU and IIBF in order to provide an avenue for postgraduate academic qualification for the members of the IIBF.
The maximum duration for completing the MBA program is 5 years and for PGDM is 3 years. Admission announcements for these Management Programs are issued twice a year, that is, in March/April and September/October.
Students must possess a bachelor's degree from any recognized board or university and there is no age limitation for the course. They must appear for the OPENMAT exam conducted by IGNOU for MBA admissions.
