TISS MUMBAI offers Integrated M.Phil.-Ph.D. and Direct Ph.D. programs in various disciplines at its Tuljapur, Hyderabad & Guwahati campuses. Integrated M.Phil-Ph.D. is a full-time program.
The application process for the research programs begins in the month of January. The entrance exam for research programs is conducted in the month of February. The admission will be offered on the basis of score in RAT followed by the performance in Academic Qualification, Work Experience & Research Proposal.
M.Phil and Ph.D SELECTION CRITERIA
- RAT would comprise of two parts. The first part will have questions pertaining to quantitative or qualitative research while the second part will have program-specific questions. Based on performance in RAT, selected candidates will be called for a personal interview.
- Final seat will be offered on the basis of candidates’ performance in Academics, Work Experience, Research Proposal & Statement of Purpose.
- The candidates who will be selected in the final list are required to bring a hard copy of their duly filled application form, Fee Receipt, Degree & Caste/ Income Certificate for verification.
